There were 15 anonymous male patients ages 37 to 59; they were interviewed anonymously using the questionnaire methods. Chosen patients complained about erectile dysfunctions (ED), low libido, decreased sexual desire due to various diseases, prolonged stress, sedentary lifestyle or prolonged sexual abstinence.

Patients were asked to take ActiManTIDE PLUS forte 18+ peptide bioregulator for 30 days, 1 capsule daily. After the course of therapy, all patients, without exception, and some patients already during the course of administration, noted a significant increase in sexual desires, increased erection, restoration of sexual activity and higher sex drive. During sexual intercourse, the muscles of the pelvic floor were more toned, and penile sensitivity increased. Harder erections were observed even in patients with complete erectile dysfunction. All patients showed an improvement in general well-being, mood, lower stress levels and nervousness.

Patients did not show any side effects, nor did they experience complications or show dependence after discontinuing the use of peptide bioregulator ActiManTIDE PLUS forte 18+. Erectile functions and libido in patients remained stable.
